4. Project Scope & Agreement
Before development begins:
- Project requirements must be clearly discussed
- Scope must be confirmed
- Timeline and estimated pricing must be agreed upon
Any additional features or scope changes requested after agreement may result in:
- Timeline adjustments
- Additional charges
All scope changes must be confirmed before implementation.
5. Payments
- Payments are milestone-based.
- Work begins after agreement on scope and payment structure.
- Payment terms are discussed individually per project.
Failure to complete milestone payments may result in project pause or termination.
6. Refund Policy
- Partial refunds may apply before development begins (case-by-case basis).
- Once development work has started, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Custom development work is non-refundable after delivery of agreed work.
Refund decisions are handled fairly and professionally.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- The client receives rights to the final delivered project after full payment.
- GameLoop Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio (unless restricted by agreement).
- Third-party assets used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they provide.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Respond in a timely manner to development queries
- Ensure compliance with local laws and app store policies
- Provide legally usable assets (graphics, audio, etc.)
GameLoop Studio is not responsible for legal violations caused by client-provided content.
9. Prohibited Projects
GameLoop Studio does not knowingly develop:
- Illegal gambling applications
- Applications violating local laws
- Malicious or harmful software
We reserve the right to refuse projects that violate applicable laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
GameLoop Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses
- Revenue losses
- Data loss after project delivery
All services are provided on a project basis under agreed scope.
